Shipping Policy


Our packages are shipped from Missouri, USA via First Class or Priority Mail service with USPS.  This provides both tracking and delivery confirmation.  Orders are packed in bubble mailers when possible to protect your purchase.  This ensures that you get your items in good condition as well as a timely manner.  US Customers have the choice at checkout to upgrade shipping method to Priority Mail, which will also include $100 of insurance.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on how many orders are received at any given time.  We strive to ship orders Monday-Friday, with the exception of postal Holidays.


You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Once your package is shipped, we have no control over USPS delays. We do not refund postage fees due to delays by USPS.  

We are now shipping international now but we must say that it still takes weeks for shipment to be processed. If you have placed an International order with us that is still in transit, we will only consider refunds on product ONLY (unless Priority is chosen) once the package has not arrived past 12 weeks from shipped date.
Sorry about any disappointment this may bring, as I sure wish that it was within my control to change delivery speeds! Honestly, even some packages in the US are having trouble reaching their destination as well!
