Return & Refund Policy 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of unused/unopened product(s) within 14 days.  Please contact us at dpwithsparklers@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return the products(s) and to obtain the return mailing address.

To be eligible for a return, your items(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received. If possible, use original shipping package to protect the item(s) during shipping.  We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Both return and original shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will be refunded or given store credit for the item(s) returned only.

Once the returned item(s) is received and examined, you will be sent an email, notifying you of this.  Your refund will be processed, and will be sent to your original method of payment.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted/Clearance items are not eligible for a return.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of receipt of returned delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

If you want to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped, then you will notify us by email at dpwithsparklers@gmail.com.  If any fees have been incurred, then a refund minus that fee will be issued.

In the circumstance that a wrong or damaged item is received in your order, please contact us at dpwithsparklers@gmail.com so that we can give you a refund for that item.
