Product Questions
SPARKLERS are an iridescent, glass drill that reflects many colors like a rainbow. They are like ABs on steroids! These are 2.8mm in size and fit round canvases. There are about 1400 drills in each bag.
SPARKLERS 4 Squares or S4S are round SPARKLERS that are small enough (2.5 mm) to fit onto a square canvas.

AB ( Aurora Borealis) are resin drills that have an iridescent coating and are what you would get in some Diamond Art Club or Dreamer Designs kits for highlights/accents. There are about 2300 drills in each bag. These drills come in both round and square.

Hot Spotters are beautiful (hence the word “Hot”) little, pieces of art with magnets that hold back the top cover of your diamond painting, therefore giving you an extra hand to help “Spot” you while you work!
Hot Spotters have 2 powerful, rare earth, Neodymium, magnets. One magnet is glued to the backside of the resin/acrylic piece, and the other magnet either goes under your cover or the entire canvas, enhancing your crafting experience.
NOTE: if you happen to lose one of the magnets, you can easily use a metal washer in it’s place!
Although not an essential diamond painting accessory, our pretty, little brushes can be used with baby powder or cornstarch to deactivate the excess adhesive around the edges of a diamond painting only AFTER the project is finished. Can also be used around special drills on a Special Shaped, partial, diamond painting after it has been completed.

Shipping Questions
Typically orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, but it ultimately varies depending on how many orders there are and how quickly I can get to them.
Miscellaneous
Diamond Painting is similar to a paint-by-color canvas, but instead of paint, you place resin or glass drills on a sticky canvas with special tools that are provided inside each kit. It’s a simple and relaxing hobby that crosses all age and gender barriers! The end result is a gorgeous piece of art work with lots of SPARKLE and shine!
Decide which part of your canvas you want to highlight. You can either choose a matching DMC# or a new color to replace your drills with. Here are some inspirational ideas to get your creative juices flowing: Customized Examples
DMC is a standardized, color chart that is used in the crafting community. Although drill manufacturing companies follow this chart, colors can vary among dye lots.
Since the regular pink wax comes out of the pen when using AB drills, I prefer to use rounded tweezers or museum putty when placing AB drills.
Occasionally, your AB drills will have a residue left over from the coating process. In some colors, more of this residue is left in the bags than others. It does NOT diminish the quality of the drills. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.
There will be times where you may experience some discrepancy in colors with the same DMC#. This is because the orders that we get from the manufacturing companies have variations in the dye lots. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and there is nothing we can do about it.
We do our best to keep the colors we have in stock, however, some things are out of our control, and there will be times we’re unable to restock certain colors.
